How do I improve my ratings?
You will have exceptional ratings/grades when a patient's assessment of issues is well-matched with your outcomes. To improve the number of areas in which your outcomes are exceptional, use your WellnessCheck.net account to request a Score Card or Practice Improvement Plan. How does the rating and grading system work?
Research has shown that when a patient is well-matched on their primary (most out of the norm) domain (e.g., Depression) the effect-size of treatment doubles. When they are well-matched on their top three domains, the effect-size triples. To make this simple for consumers to understand, triple matches are listed as "A+" and primary matches are listed as "A".

How many clients must I measure to get a good grade?
At least 15 to start, but you should be measuring all your patients. Research shows that by using routine outcome monitoring, outcomes improve because you are listing and watching the feedback and high-risk alerts. At a minimum you need to have outcome data on at least 15 clients.

Cost

In addition, health plans and others conduct routine audits of business practices and security procedures. We exceed all laws including the double encryption of all data that might be considered PHI.

Accepting referrals
Therapists are always in control and decide whether to accept a referral or not. If your practice is full and you are no longer accepting referrals, adjust the settings on your profile to notify individuals that you are not accepting patients at this time.
